Children's Ministry

“Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it.” ~ Proverbs 22:6 (NIV)

At All Saints it is our desire that our children:

  • Know God
  • Know the Word
  • Know the Liturgy

For additional information, see the various children's ministry programs listed below.

Nursery Care

We offer a fully-equipped and fully-staffed nursery for infants through five-year-olds. Parents of infants can feel confident they will be loved and well cared for while you worship. A nursery is provided for both Sunday morning worship services, Wednesday evening Bible study and worship, and Friday nights during Koinonia.

Children's Sunday School

Sunday School is held from 10:30am-11:00am in the green building next to the playground for children ages 6 years-sixth grade, led by Julie Nichols, our Children’s Ministry Director, and Sue Carter. Sunday School is about teaching children biblical principles and godly living (while having fun!) so they will:

  • Know God
  • Know the Word

Children's Church

Children’s Church (for ages 4-11) takes place during the 11:15am worship service every Sunday. The children begin the service with their parents in the main chapel and are dismissed to Children's Church during the announcements. They will return to the chapel during communion to receive a blessing and will then stay with their parents/guardians for the remainder of the service.

During Children’s Church, children will learn the liturgy and other foundational beliefs as outlined in the Offices of Instruction in the 1928 Book of Common Prayer, which includes:

  • Nicene/Apostle's Creeds
  • Lord's Prayer
  • Ten Commandments
  • Plus so much more...

Vacation Bible School (VBS)

Our 2016 Vacation Bible School was a blast!

This year's theme was  Cave Quest by Group Publishing where children learned to follow Jesus as the Light of the World and be grounded in the rock-solid foundation of God’s love, a love that takes us through life’s dark times!

If we missed you this year but you'd like to be notified of our 2017 VBS, please contact us at vbs@allsaintsanglican.net.
